The routine care benefit has been handy for my dog’s checkups and shots, which is nice because apparently keeping a dog healthy isn’t exactly cheap. Filing claims was straightforward, thankfully, without the usual endless back-and-forth you half expect. I even got reimbursed faster than I thought I would, so that was a pleasant surprise. So far, I’m happy with it...

My dog’s been dealing with skin allergies for years, and I kept putting off sorting proper cover because I assumed it would be a hassle or they’d just brush it off as “pre-existing.” Petsure actually explained the chronic condition side of things in a way I could understand, and the claim for his meds went through without any drama.
It wasn’t instant, it took a few days, but that was fine with me because I probably wasn’t the quickest getting everything together either. I just feel a lot less stressed now knowing I don’t have to panic every time the same issue flares up again. Really happy with it so far

Signing up with petsure was straightforward, and the price seemed reasonable when I first looked into it. Nothing too complicated, and at the start I felt like it was a decent option for my dog.
The only thing was my dog’s old skin problem ended up being treated as pre-existing, so it wasn’t covered. I do understand the reasoning, but it was still a bit disappointing. Customer service explained it fine, I just wish that part had been more obvious before I bought the policy, because it just felt...

I’ve been using Petsure for my dog, and it’s been straightforward, it has. The info was clear enough, no odd surprises popping up, and when I had a question, they answered me in a normal way, not all confusing. It just makes me feel like they’re honest about what they offer. I’d use them again, for sure

I had a good experience with Petsure overall. The cover gave me confidence, and when I needed to make a claim, the team was easy to deal with and seemed to know what they were doing. I had to cancel my Petsure policy because my plans changed, i thought it was going to be a hassle. But it wasn’t at all. It was quick, quick enough that I was a bit surprised. The person I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and didn’t make me feel awkward about cancelling. They sorted it out there and then, no fuss, no stress. Can’t complain at all.

Signing up on Petsure was fine overall, but it wasn’t the smoothest process. A few of the questions felt like they were asking the same thing again, and I had to go back once to fix some details. I got through it in the end, but it definitely took longer than I expected. After I paid, I also felt a bit uneasy because I wasn’t totally sure everything had gone through properly right away. Not awful, but not exactly reassuring either

I’ve been with Petsure for a while now and, to be fair, they’ve been straightforward to deal with. The cover seems good and I haven’t had any major issues. But just a heads-up to anyone considering them: my premium went up more than I was expecting this year. I’m still sticking with them for now, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on it if the increases keep coming...

My renewal with Petsure did go through fine in the end, but I’ll be honest, it took me a little while to understand what was going on.
The price had gone up more than I was expecting, and I had to click around the site to figure out what had changed. I think it’s only fair that customers get a clearer explanation upfront, especially when costs increase.
That said, customer service did get back to me and helped sort it out, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just feels like the renewal process could be made a bit smoother and more transparent.
